IMMEDIATE NEEDS:  Sealant for 280lf of mud sill, 1,200 sq. ft. Subfloor, Cordless framing gun, 1 case 2-1/4" ring shank nails for same, Underslab insulation for 1.200 sq. ft. R-10 or better, Student gloves for class of 18, 18 tool pouches for small tools.
